Today is the day!!! Market is officially open and I want to share with you two new patterns I have designed using Claudia Pfeil’s new fabric collection by Island Batik. But first I would like to introduce to you the new “Cascadia” collection.
As you can see “Cascadia” is a versatile collection of fabrics in a rainbow of colors.
Last year at Market I was asked by Claudia if I would like to make a few patterns with her new line of fabrics. I immediately said “YES”! The two patterns I designed were Seychelles Sunset and Coral Gems.
Coral Gems is a high contrast quilt pattern. The quilt is 67″ x 78″ . The pattern is versatile and can be used in may ways.
My next new pattern is Seychelles Sunset. It is based off of the traditional 54-40 or Fight block with a twist. The finished size is 67″ x 78″ . There are so many color options using this quilt pattern.
